Pirate Phil Nitch has been composing, producing, recording and performing music on the piano, guitar and voice since the age of 3. After majoring in music at Southwest Texas State University, Pirate Phil attended The Musician's Institute Of Technology in Hollywood, California, for a degree in Vocal Performance. He has won numerous awards, including two Austin Music Awards for "Best Novelty/None Of The Above" with his band The Jolly GaRogers. He appeared on NBC Late Night TV with The Jolly GaRogers in New York City. In his new band, Pirate Phil And The Seven Cs, he brings a twist to the traditional style of "pirate pub sea shanties" that must be experienced to be appreciated.
