Craig Toungate, a Round Rock/Austin, Texas native, has been performing for over 50
years as a musician, songwriter, band leader, actor, playwright, and music producer.
Craig is known for his extensive knowledge of American roots music and his unique
ability to capture the essence of musical genres. He has led several of Austin's best
loved bands including Ro-Tel & the Hot Tomatoes, The Almost Brothers, and Cactus
Jack, as well as performed as a sideman with Steven Fromholz, Bobby Bridger, Super
Swing Revue, and Ruthie Foster. He has toured the U.S and Europe with various bands, as a solo artist, and with his wife, Susan Lincoln.
