15th Annual Chili Cold Blood Chili Cook-Off
Chili Cold Blood is proud to present the 15th Annual Chili Cold Blood Chili Cook-Off at The Sagebrush (5500 South congress) from noon to 8:00 pm. All proceeds for the event will be donated to Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) in memory of Nick Curran, an Austin-based musician who influenced countless artists and passed away from cancer on October 6, 2012.

Madrone Coffee Co is hosting a "cause" month during May called May Daze at their coffee roastery + music venue. On May 14th, proceeds from a specialty drink will go to benefit HAAM. There will be music from 10am-4pm. It is free and open to the public. Grab a cup of java and help HAAM!

Join the W Austin every Wednesday, 6-8pm, for live music in the Living Room from artists we love, benefiting a different music-focused nonprofit each month.
May's nonprofit partner is HAAM. Many Austin musicians are self-employed and have no access to health insurance or basic healthcare. That’s where HAAM comes in. HAAM provides access to affordable healthcare for greater Austin’s low-income, working musicians, with a focus on prevention and wellness.

Annual 'Song For Our Friends'
The annual night of music and memorial merriment in honor of our friends, Chris Porter and Mitchell Vandenburg at Sagebrush. There will be a full lineup of ATX songwriters performing songs written by Chris and Mitchell, songs written about them, and/or songs that they loved.
