My friend told me HAAM had helped change his life. For years, he has suffered from bad teeth, and was never in a position to afford the services of a dentist. This caused self-esteem problems, which were hindering his creativity and drive, and causing him much depression. He signed up with HAAM, and went to the St. David's dental van, and after several visits, he emerged a changed man. He now doesn't have to cover his mouth when he speaks. He can't say enough good things about the service that HAAM has done for him. Call HAAM at (512) 322-5177 to schedule an eligibility interview.


Step 4


Bring the following documents with you to your scheduled appointment:

  • Completed application
  • Proof of residency (utility bill, lease, etc.) AND valid driver's license or picture ID
  • Names, business addresses, & phone numbers of 3 references
  • Proof of work as a musician (check stubs,flyers, newspaper articles, copies of contracts, liner note credits, etc.)
  • Proof of income (Letter from a third party, income tax statement, paycheck stubs, contracts, etc.)
